The Implementation Process

Here is what we need from you to get everything set up in the system.

We’re excited to have you onboard! Let’s get you set up in the system. This brief guide explains what we will need from you to get started. 

We recommend reviewing this overview to understand the implementation process. Then, during our meetings, we optimize time by focusing on customizing the software to your agency’s needs.


Here is what we need from you now or in the very near future:

  • List of Task Types and Categories
  • Listing of Park, Facility, Equipment, and/or Vehicle Assets 
  • List of Users Who Will Be Using the Software
  • Any Inspections You Plan on Using in the Future

Please note: We know you’re just starting to use the system. Any setup decisions you make now are not set in stone. What we create now is modifiable at any time--and we’ll teach you how to do it. 

Also, if you decide you want to make significant changes to how the system is set up in the future, you have lifetime support for the software to help guide you through the changes and evolution of your agency.
