Productive Parks can send alerts for new Work Requests and for work assigned for "today" via email or SMS Messaging.
There are specific circumstances when Productive Parks will send an email or sms alert (or not send an alert). You can specificity how each user wishes to receive alerts in the user edit screen.
Options for receiving alerts are:
- None (no alert will sent)
- Email Only
- SMS only
- Email and SMS
When Productive Parks will send an alert
- If user is assigned a task for "today" an alert will be sent.
- If a new Work Request is received. The asset manager for that asset will receive an alert.
- If a staff member checks the "Notify Supervisor" checkbox inside of a tasks note field, the system will send an alert to the person who created the task.
- When a Work Order is denied or an associated Task is completed, the original requestor of the Work Order will be sent an alert.
When Productive Parks will NOT send an alert
- For a task scheduled in the future (unless you manually select Send Notification). (The task will be displayed on the user's My Task).
- When a scheduled maintenance series generates a new task. (The task will be displayed on the users Task Screen).
- When Tasks are completed by staff.
- Work requests automatically generated from inspections.
