To complete the setup of your new account you’ll need to request a password reset so you can create your own unique password.
- Visit https://app.productiveparks.com/password/reset
- Enter your email address.
After submitting your email you’ll receive an email with a link. Click on the link to be directed to a page that will allow you to create your own unique password. In the future, if you forget your password you can reset it from the link above.
Once you’ve created your new password you can login at https://app.productiveparks.com
If you don't receive an email:
- Confirm your supervisor or administrator has created an account for you.
- Please check your spam folder or contact your IT department and ask them to whitelist productiveparks.com on your spam filter or firewall.
- Your system administrator can also create a password for you.
