How to Add a Seasonal Staff into the System

Seasonal users can be added at any time of the year. These temporary workers will remain active for 6 months after their activation date.


Adding a Seasonal user is similar to adding other users.

  • Go to Setup Menu and Click Users 
  • Click Create New User
  • Fill in the name and contact information of the seasonal user
  • Assign a Role (e.g. Maintenance)
  • Select this staff’s supervisor
  • Select Seasonal by the Type Option
  • Add the date the staff starts working
  • Create a password
  • Click Add User
