How to Add a Seasonal Staff into the System
Seasonal users can be added at any time of the year. These temporary workers will remain active for 6 months after their activation date.
Adding a Seasonal user is similar to adding other users.
- Go to Setup Menu and Click Users
- Click Create New User
- Fill in the name and contact information of the seasonal user
- Assign a Role (e.g. Maintenance)
- Select this staff’s supervisor
- Select Seasonal by the Type Option
- Add the date the staff starts working
- Create a password
- Click Add User
