Absence Transfers allow you to temporarily assign access to your tasks and staff to another user.
Rather than share your password (never a good idea) or let your tasks go unmonitored, the Absence Transfer feature allow you to temporarily assign access to your tasks and staff to another user. You can set a start and end date for this access and your access will remain the same during the absence transfer. Users assigned to your absence transfer will have control over assets and staff you manage as well as receive alerts for Work Orders.
To setup an Absence Transfer click on your name in the navigation menu and select Absence Transfer.
- Click "Create New Absence Transfer"
- Select the staff you wish to assign your tasks and staff to
- Select a Start Date
- Select an End Date
- Set the transfer to Active (or Inactive if you wish to revoke access before the End Date)
- Save
