Productive Parks uses roles to set permissions and access to features in the system
Administrator
Control all aspect of Productive Parks including managing all users and all setup options.
Supervisor
- Can assign Tasks, Inspections and Work Orders to users they supervise.
- Can view and assign Work Orders for assets they manage.
- Can edit and maintain users and assets they manage.
- Can create and maintain scheduled tasks for users and assets they manage.
Maintenance
- Can complete Tasks, Work Orders and Inspections assigned by their supervisor.
- Can view reports for their own data including tasks and work orders.
Work Orders
"Read-Only" access to all work orders in the system. View any Work Order in the system but cannot change or delete.
Reports
View all Reports.
Default System Role (No Role)
Staff with the default "no role" can submit and view their own Work Orders. This system default
permission is used for staff who only submit Work Orders and do not perform tasks.
Switch to Administrator Permissions
Allows a user the ability to switch between a full Administrator view and a view that displays only the staff and assets they manage. This can be useful if an Administrator only wishes to see staff and assets they directly manage.
